Ingredients
- 1 Cup Shredded coconut
- 1 Cup Raw almonds
- 1.5 Cups Medjool dates, pitted (approx 20 dates)
- 2 Tbsp TAKe Bio Actives mushroom powder (any variety)
- ⅓ Cup Cacao or cocoa powder
- ½ Tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ½ Cup Shredded coconut to decorate
Method
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Use a spoon to scoop out and use your hands to roll into balls. You should be able to make approximately 18 balls.
- Place the shredded coconut into a bowl and roll in the coconut to decorate.
